Steps:
- Combine hot creamed spinach, cream cheese, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, mayo and green onion and put in oven proof medium bowl. Sprinkle with remaining 1 T of parmesan. Place in center of baking sheet or oven-proof platter. Arrange tortilla chips around dip bowl. Sprinkle chips wiht tomatoes, green oinions, and Monterey Jack cheese to taste. Bake in 350-degree oven for 20-25 minutes, until dip is hot and cheese is melted on chips.
