Easy to make cream-based soup with imitation crab that has been enjoyed by family and friends for years. I recommend warm sourdough bread for dipping.

This soup was just what I needed on a cold night. It was warm and comforting, and the imitation crab added a nice seafood flavor. I will definitely be making this again.

This soup was a bit too rich for my taste. It was also a little too salty. I think I would have liked it better if I had used less butter and cream.

This soup was a disaster! It was bland, watery, and the imitation crab was rubbery. I would not recommend this recipe to anyone.

I thought this soup was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either. I think it could have used more seasoning.

I'm not a huge fan of imitation crab, but I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this bisque. The flavors were well-balanced and the soup was very creamy. I will definitely be making this again!

This imitation crab bisque was a hit with my family! It was creamy, flavorful, and had just the right amount of seafood flavor. I used fresh crab meat, but I'm sure it would be just as good with canned or frozen crab.
