My Low Carb Catsup image

Having just recently started the Atkin's Diet I needed a catsup with very LOW carbs. The tomato sauce I used has 4 carbs per 1/4 cup serving...so just make sure you use one with the same or less on the label.

I'm not a big fan of ketchup, but this low-carb version is actually pretty good. It's not too sweet and it has a nice tang to it.

I'm always looking for ways to reduce my sugar intake, so I was excited to try this recipe. It's definitely a healthier alternative to regular ketchup, but I found it to be a bit too tart for my taste.
