1 (15 ounce) package pastry for double crust 9-inch pies
6 eggs, beaten
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and diced
8 ounces mozzarella cheese, diced
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
8 ounces cooked ham, diced
8 ounces salami, diced
1 pinch ground black pepper, or to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Place a pie crust into a 10-inch pie pan.

The pie was good, but it wasn't anything special. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.

This pie was a little too rich for my taste. I think I would have liked it better if I had used less butter in the crust.

I'm not a big fan of artichokes, but I loved this pie. The artichokes were cooked perfectly and they added a nice flavor to the dish.

This pie is a great way to use up leftover meat. I usually make it with leftover turkey or chicken, but it's also good with beef or pork.

This meat and artichoke pie was a hit with my family! The flavors were so well balanced and the crust was perfectly flaky. I will definitely be making this again.
