Steps:
- Stir butter and sugar in a medium bowl until creamy. Add the remaining ingredients. Form dough into ½ inch diameter logs, 3 inches long. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Add frosting if desired
