This pasta was amazing! I loved the smoky flavor of the pancetta and the creamy texture of the sauce. It was the perfect comfort food for a cold night.

I've made this recipe several times and it's always a hit. It's a great weeknight meal because it's quick and easy to make. I usually serve it with a side salad.

Pasta Amatriciana is a classic Italian dish that is easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser. I love the combination of smoky pancetta, tangy tomatoes, and creamy cheese. This recipe is a great starting point, but I like to add a few extra ingredients
