Pina Colada Bread With Pineapple Glaze image

Twist on banana bread!! Very moist. When testing I was concerned about not having added spices, but the flavored jello, bananas, and toasted coconut really pulled it all together.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my bread didn't turn out as good as the pictures. I'm not sure what I did wrong.

The bread was a bit dry, but the glaze helped to moisten it up.

This bread is a bit too sweet for my taste, but it's still very good.

I'm not a big fan of pineapple, but I actually really enjoyed this bread. The coconut and rum flavors really balance out the pineapple.

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy this bread was to make. I'm not a very experienced baker, but I was able to follow the instructions easily and the bread turned out great.

This pina colada bread is a tropical paradise in a loaf! The flavors of pineapple, coconut, and rum come together perfectly, and the glaze is the perfect finishing touch. I'll definitely be making this again.
