This was a great recipe! The biscuits were fluffy and the beef was very flavorful. The salsa added a nice touch of heat. I will definitely be making this again.

I love this recipe! It's so versatile. I've made it with ground turkey instead of beef and it was just as good. I've also added different vegetables, like corn and black beans. It's a great way to use up leftovers.
