Steps:
- Salt steaks on b oth sides. Combine flour and pepper and dredge steaks. Brown 2 steaks in 1 1/2 Tbs oil over med. heat 3 min. each side. Drain on paper towels. Repeat with remaining steaks. Saute pepper and onion in remaining oil for 7 min or until tender. Add tomatoes, coke bouillon and tomato paste. Bring to boil and cooke stirring often 5 min. until slightly thickened. Return steaks to skillet and cover and cook over low for 1 hour.
