Volumetrics House Dressing image

Creamy and exotic, a good dip for veggies as well. Toast the seeds before grinding, if you use whole spices.

1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon minced scallion
1 cup yogurt cheese (Greek yogurt)
1 cup low-fat buttermilk
ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Whisk or blend all ingredients together.
