Steps:
- 1. Place the weetabix, sugar, milk and fruit into a mixing bowl. 2. Cover and leave overnight 3. In the morning, add the beaten egg and the flour and mix well. 4. Place the mixture into a lined loaf tin (2lb. size) 5. Bake in the centre of the oven (362F) for about an hour. 6. Test with a skewer to check that the cake is cooked and turn out onto a cooling rack. When cool, slice, butter and enjoy
