These coconut shrimp were a disappointment. The batter was too thick and the shrimp were overcooked.

I'm not a big fan of coconut, but I really enjoyed these shrimp. The batter was light and crispy, and the shrimp were cooked perfectly.

The shrimp were a bit overcooked, but the batter was crispy and flavorful. I think I'll cook the shrimp for a shorter amount of time next time.

These coconut shrimp were a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.
