APPLE CINNAMON BLONDIES

Apple Cinnamon Blondies image

A blondie is a vanilla and brown sugar-flavored brownie, a heavenly confection that comes together with the most basic of pantry staples;I can almost guarantee you've got it covered in the pantry right now. If you have chocolate on hand then you can make the classic chocolate chip blondie; but in the fall, I suggest you try this apple-cinnamon version. It's a cross between a dense, chewy blondie and a dainty, fragrant apple cake.

Tips:

  • Use a variety of apples. This will give your blondies a more complex flavor and texture. Some good choices include Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, and Pink Lady apples.
  • Peel and core your apples before using them. This will make them easier to slice and will help to prevent the blondies from becoming too mushy.
  • Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing can make the blondies tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Bake the blondies until they are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. This will usually take about 25-30 minutes.
  • Let the blondies cool completely before cutting them into bars. This will help to prevent them from falling apart.
  • Serve the blondies warm or at room temperature. They can be topped with whipped cream, ice cream, or caramel sauce.

Conclusion:

Apple pie crumble blondies are a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for any occasion. They are made with a simple blondie batter that is topped with a layer of apples and a crumble topping. The blondies are then baked until they are golden brown and the apples are soft and bubbly. These blondies are a great way to use up leftover apples, and they are sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
