- In large bowl, beat 3/4 cup of the butter with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. On low speed, beat in contents of cake mix pouch alternately with sour cream until blended. Gently stir in apple, raisins and contents of cinnamon swirl pouch. Spread in pan.
- Place granola in resealable food-storage plastic bag; seal bag and finely crush granola with rolling pin or flat side of meat mallet. In medium bowl, mix granola and remaining 1/4 cup butter with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle granola topping over batter.
- Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on cooling rack at least 15 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
