This is made and served on special occasions for our family, usually during November and December.

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 Tbsp cider vinegar
1 c mayonnaise, hellman's
1/3 c sugar
1 bunch broccoli or a little more, break into bite size pieces, very small
1/2 c nuts, chopped, i use pecans
1/2 c red onion, bite size pieces
1/2 c raisins
6 - 8 slice bacon, cooked and crumbled

Steps:

  • 1. Combine the first three ingredients and let sit overnight or for several hours. Prepare bacon. Combine the rest of the ingredients including bacon and chill. Just before serving combine all and mix. Mandarin Oranges, drained, can be added when ready to serve.

1 Cup Celery, chopped

DRESSING:
3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup Sugar
2 Tablespoons White Vinegar

  • Combine salad ingredients together in large bowl. Combine dressing ingredients together thoroughly. Pour dressing over salad ingredients and stir to blend. Serve chilled.
