Tips:

  • Use a flavorful marinade: The marinade is what will give your chicken its incredible flavor, so don't skimp on the ingredients. Use a combination of spices, herbs, and citrus juices to create a marinade that's packed with flavor.
  • Cook the chicken over medium heat: Cooking the chicken over medium heat will help it cook evenly and prevent it from drying out.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan: When cooking the chicken, make sure not to overcrowd the pan. This will prevent the chicken from cooking evenly and will make it more likely to stick to the pan.
  • Use a meat thermometer: The best way to ensure that the chicken is cooked through is to use a meat thermometer. Insert the thermometer into the thickest part of the chicken and cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Let the chicken rest: Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving. This will help the juices redistribute throughout the chicken, making it more tender and flavorful.
