1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon fine salt

1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 large ripe bananas, peeled, and mashed

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners.

1 1/2 cups buttermilk
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, chilled
11 Tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temp

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line two muffins pans with paper cups.
  • In a small bowl, combine the mashed bananas with the lemon juice. Set aside.
