1 egg
1 cup real maple syrup
1 tablespoon butter, melted
¼ cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

1/3 cup cornstarch
1 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans or 1/2 cup walnuts (optional)
12 medium prepared tart shells, baked

  • Melt butter over low heat and blend in ornstarch, then syrup and milk.
