4 cups 2% milk
1 cup flaked coconut
2 cups crushed saltine crackers

Steps:

2 c milk
2 beaten egg yolks
1/4 c sugar
1/2 c shredded coconut
1 tsp vanilla
2 egg whites
1/4 dash(es) sugar
1 c coarsely crushed saltine crackers

Steps:

  • 1. In a saucepan gradually stir milk into egg yolks.Add 1/4 cup sugar. Cook and stir over medium heat till thick and bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in crackers, coconut and vanilla. Pour into a 1 quart casserole dish. Beat egg whites till soft peaks form. Very gradually add 1/2 cup sugar, beat till stiff peaks form. Spread over hot pudding. Bake at 350 for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!

6 tablespoons water
4 tablespoons cornstarch
1 quart milk
12 ounces pet condensed milk
2 large eggs
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla
1 sleeve saltine crackers

Steps:

  • Mix cornstarch and water and set aside.
  • Mix eggs and sugar, and set aside.
  • Heat milk and Pet Milk to a simmer on medium heat.
  • Add cornstarch mixture to milk stirring constantly for about 10 minutes or until mixture thickens.

  • Remove from heat and cool for 10 minutes.
  • Add vanilla, and mix.
