A tart and sweet salad. I got this recipe from a cookbook that was given out on a school field trip to Imperial Sugar Company back in the early 70's.

- 1. Grind washed and sorted cranberries in food chopper or chop in blender. Combine with remaining ingredients. chill. Serve on lettuce leaves on salad plates.
