Steps:
- Butter a 9 x 9 x 2 pan. In a large saucepan, combine sugar, butter and milk. Bring to a full, rolling boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate pieces, marshmallows and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth. Spread in pan and chill in refrigerator 4 hours or until firm. Cut into 1 inch squares.
