ORANGE VINAIGRETTE image

Yield 1/2 cup

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/4 cup orange juice
2 TBSP white wine vinegar
2 TBSP salad oil
1 TBSP thinly slivered or shredded orange peel
2 tsp honey
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp coarsely ground pepper

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together well with a whisk or a few pulses with an immersion blender.
