WESTERN WAGON WHEELS image

A quick, easy, one dish meal.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 lb lean ground beef or ground turkey
2 c uncooked wagon wheel pasta
14 1/2 oz stewed tomatoes
1 1/2 c water
10 oz sweet kernel corn(drained)
1/2 c barbarcue sauce (your choice of brands)
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • 1. IN LARGE SKILLET, COOK MEAT OVER MEDIUM HEAT 5 MINUTES OR UNTIL WELL BROWNED. DRAIN OFF ANY GREASE.
  • 2. STIR IN PASTA, TOMATOES, WATER, CORN AND BARBECUE SAUCE; BRING TO A BOIL.
  • 3. REDUCE HEAT TO LOW; COVER AND SIMMER 15 TO 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL PASTA IS TENDER, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY. ADD SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE.
