1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
Topping
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon double acting baking powder
2 slightly beaten eggs
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons grated lemon peel

Tips:

  • Use a sharp knife to cut the squares. A sharp knife will give you clean, even cuts.
