CHILLED STRAWBERRY SOUP image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 pint sliced strawberries, tops removed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup half-and-half
1 cup (8 ounces) plain yogurt
1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla
1 1/2 tablespoons brandy
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup (4 ounces) strawberry yogurt
4 hulled strawberries
4 mint leaves

Steps:

  • In a food processor or blender, puree strawberries, sugar, half-and-half and plain yogurt. Pour into a bowl and add vanilla, brandy and cinnamon. Stir in strawberry yogurt until well combined. Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours. Garnish with a fresh strawberry and mint leaf.
