Low Fat Strawberry Smoothie image

I usually have this smoothie for breakfast, although there's usually enough left over that I refrigerate and drink the rest later as a snack. For the recipe's sake I don't use honey but RecipeZaar doesn't have the nutritional info on Agave Syrup (agave is low on the glycemic index) and I prefer Agave Syrup over honey as sometimes it does impart a different taste, but the caloric info is roughly the same.

This smoothie was a bit bland for my taste. I think I'll add some more fruit or honey next time.

This smoothie was a bit too sweet for my taste, but I think that's because I used honey instead of maple syrup. Next time, I'll try using maple syrup and see if that makes a difference.

I'm not a big fan of smoothies, but this one was actually pretty good. The strawberries and banana were a great combination, and the yogurt made it creamy and filling.

This smoothie was a bit too tart for my taste, but I think that's because I used frozen strawberries instead of fresh ones. Next time, I'll try using fresh strawberries and see if that makes a difference.
