Quick fix beer bread image

This will be a wonderful addition to any meal.

Number Of Ingredients 8

cooking spray
2 1/4 c flour
3 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
12 oz lager beer
2 Tbsp olive oil

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400. Coat an 8" loaf pan with cooking spray.
  • 2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Make a well in the center. Pour in the beer and olive oil. Mix until just blended. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake 45 minutes.
