CROCK POT MAC & CHEESE - OAMC
This is my kids favorite homemade version of mac and cheese. It does contain canned soup. If you're not a fan - don't try it! This freezes and reheats really well. I usually double this on a cooking day and it fills my 6 quart crock pot to the brim.

Tips:
- Use a high-quality pasta for the best results. Look for brands that are made with durum wheat semolina, which will hold up better to being cooked in a slow cooker. - Cook the pasta according to the package directions before adding it to the slow cooker. This will help to prevent it from becoming overcooked and mushy. - Use a creamy cheese sauce for the best macaroni and cheese. A combination of sharp cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and cream cheese will create a rich and flavorful sauce. - Add some extras to your macaroni and cheese to make it even more delicious. Some popular options include crumbled bacon, diced ham, or chopped vegetables. - Top the macaroni and cheese with a layer of breadcrumbs before baking it. This will create a golden brown crust that adds extra flavor and texture. Conclusion:
