Once the meat is marinated, it is cooked quickly over high heat, which helps to lock in the juices and create a delicious crust. Tips:

  • Choose the right cut of meat: Look for flank steak or top sirloin steak, which are thin and have a good amount of marbling.
  • Marinate the steak: Marinating the steak in a flavorful mixture of herbs, spices, and liquids helps tenderize and infuse it with flavor.
  • Cook the steak over high heat: This will help to create a nice crust on the outside while keeping the inside tender and juicy.
  • Let the steak rest before slicing: This allows the juices to redistribute throughout the meat, making it more tender and flavorful.
