Tips:

  • To make sure your egg rolls are crispy, make sure the oil is hot enough before adding them. You can check the temperature by dropping a small piece of bread into the oil. If it sizzles immediately, the oil is hot enough.
  • Be careful not to overcrowd the pan when frying the egg rolls. This will cause them to stick together and not cook evenly.
  • If you don't have a deep fryer, you can also cook the egg rolls in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Serve the egg rolls with your favorite dipping sauce, such as soy sauce, sweet and sour sauce, or ranch dressing.
  • You can also add other ingredients to your egg rolls, such as cooked rice, shredded cabbage, or chopped carrots.
