Tips:

  • To ensure your salmon is cooked evenly, use a sharp knife to score the skin before air frying.
  • For a crispy skin, pat the salmon dry with paper towels before seasoning and cooking.
  • Don't overcrowd the air fryer basket. Leave some space between the salmon fillets so that the air can circulate properly.
  • Keep an eye on the salmon while it's cooking. The cooking time can vary depending on the thickness of the fillets and the power of your air fryer.
  • The salmon is done cooking when it flakes easily with a fork. Be careful not to overcook it, as this will make the fish dry and tough.
  • Serve the salmon immediately with the Dijon dill sauce. Enjoy!

Conclusion:

Air-fried salmon with Dijon dill sauce is a quick, easy, and delicious meal that's perfect for busy weeknights. The salmon is cooked to perfection in the air fryer, and the Dijon dill sauce adds a bright, flavorful touch. This dish is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
